Standard Delivery

This is a 3 to 5 working day service. Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday are despatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. If, for any reason, we are out of stock, we would expect to despatch your order within 7 days but please allow up to 10 days. This charge will automatically be added to your order.

Special Delivery

Special Delivery is sent by Royal Mail and a charge of £7.95 for orders under 2kg. Special Delivery items will arrive with your normal post and require a signature. Orders placed before 12 noon, Monday to Friday are despatched the same working day, subject to stock availability. Our aim will be to deliver to you within 24 hours of order (excluding weekends) we cannot however accept liability for late deliveries. Shipping Charges

We do not charge for any goods until they are ready to ship. Back ordered items are not charged until they are shipped. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, mail or on-line. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, and we will refund to your card within 30 days of cancellation. Postage and Packaging are not refundable.

Returns Policy

You may cancel your order within 8 days of your receipt of the goods, we will refund to your card within 30 days of receiving the unused items less the initial postage charges. Your statutory rights are not affected. We are happy to exchange unused items within 14 days, however the new items will incur postage charges. Special Order items and garments [such as tights, underwear, etc] are excluded from the 8 day return option unless they are still in their original sealed packaging. Please ensure all items are handled with care and not marked when trying on as we again regret we are unable to exchange or credit items marked or showing signs of wear.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally process your order within 1-3 working days, however please allow at least 7-14 days for delivery, unless you have opted for the Special Delivery Service.
